How quickly do you process orders? Within 1 to 3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order? You have a 24-hour window after purchase to cancel. Just contact us quickly and we will sort it out before it goes out the door.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. A tracking number gets sent to your email the moment your order leaves our hands.

How long do I have to return something? 30 days from the delivery date. Light use is fine, we just ask that the item is still in reasonable shape.
When will I get my refund? We approve returns within 2 business days of receiving the item. After that, expect the refund to land back on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
